Purchase immigration conditions 📋

-1. Non EU citizens who are over 18 years old;

-2. Purchase properties in Italy for over 300000 euros;

-3. Have independent, stable, and sustainable economic sources, with non wage income of no less than 31000 euros per year;

-4. If the investment is maintained for more than 5 years, permanent residency can be applied for.

Requirements for Permanent Residence Application ✅

-1. Hold a legal and valid residence card for at least 5 years;

-2. Language proficiency reaches A2 level;

-3. Provide valid proof of income;

-4. Provide proof of legal residence.

Procedure 📝

-After arriving in Italy, a dedicated person will accompany the entire property inspection process;

-2. Open a personal bank account and sign a lawyer's power of attorney;

-3. Choose a property and pay a deposit with a credit card, and have a lawyer conduct due diligence on the property;

-4. Sign the pre-sale contract after verifying its accuracy;

-5. The investor shall transfer the remaining house payment to their own account in Italy;

-6. Lawyers make appointments with notary offices to handle transfer procedures, and choose to apply for a residence visa to Italy for domestic processing.
