Application Requirements 📋

-1. The main applicant is at least 21 years old;

-2. The applicant has no criminal record and a clean personal background;

-Applicants aged 3.21-50: Purchase a property worth no less than 1 million Malaysian Ringgit and keep a deposit of 150000 Malaysian Ringgit;

-Applicants aged 45 and above: Purchase a property worth no less than 1 million Malaysian Ringgit and keep a deposit of 100000 Malaysian Ringgit.

Required application materials ✅

-1. Complete the Chinese application form for the Malaysia project;

-2. Each applicant shall prepare 6 passport sized photos;

-3. Full page photocopies of passports for all applicants;

-Applicants aged 18 and above are required to provide a certificate of no criminal record;

-5. Copy of all pages of the marriage certificate (provided by the married applicant);

-Children under the age of 6.21 who are accompanying must provide a medical certificate of birth;

-7. Adopting a child requires providing corresponding legal proof of adoption (if applicable);

-8. Copies of all applicants' ID cards; Those without ID card can provide a copy of the household registration book or inform them of the ID card number;

-9. A complete copy of the household registration book for the entire family.
